This was an average size store with a drive through on one side a small patio area regular sidewalks and dumpster area. Whereas the owner decided not to clean the inside tile and grout at this location he did on store 2 below, the price of the outsides at store was $450. About .15 a square foot.

This was a very large store not only was it mixed with a gas station but it had a drive though that wrapped around the entire building on 3 sides. On this store we cleaned the tile in the dining room, kitchen and bathrooms and the gas station tile and grout along with the pad by the pumps. Not to scare you off but this price was substantially higher than the first store due to the mere fact it was much much larger.
